
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO VEHICLES AND PARKING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF EASTBOROUGH, KANSAS:
No person shall park, store or leave any vehicle which is inoperative upon any property within the City of Eastborough for a period in excess of 5 days. This section shall not apply to any vehicle enclosed within a building on private property.
No person shall park, store or leave any boat, boat trailer, house trailer, camper, camper trailer or motor home recreational vehicle permanently, continually or regularly in and on any street or public property or in the open on any lot or driveway. This section shall not apply to persons whose medical conditions necessitate the use of a motor home recreational vehicle.
Any person convicted of violation of this ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication one time in the official newspaper.
