REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 855 - Ordinance G11-06

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 855 OF THE CITY OF EASTBOROUGH, KANSAS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EASTBOROUGH, KANSAS:

Section 1:

This ordinance hereby repeals and sets aside Ordinance 855 of the City of Eastborough, Kansas.

Section 2:

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in the official city newspaper.

Passed and adopted by the City Council this 27th day of September, 2011.
