Police Alert

The City of Wichita has experienced a rash of cars being stolen from driveways that the owners have left running and unattended to warm up in the mornings. We ask you to be attentive to this so you don't become a victim.

Identity Theft

Identity theft is the fastest growing crime in the United States. In order to help you protect yourself against this type of crime, the Eastborough Police Department, in conjunction with the Federal Trade Commission, has brochures and booklets available that can help protect against having your identity stolen. The printed materials also provide you with all the information you need as to what to do if you become a victim of identity theft. If you would like to receive this information, come by City Hall between 9:00am to 5:00pm, or contact one of our Police Officers.

Teen Parties and the Law

  • 53% of high school students have or will try alcohol.
  • Alcohol is the most misused drug in America
  • Alcohol kills 6.5 times more young people than all other illicit drugs combined.
  • Kansas youth start experimenting with alcohol at about age 12.
